I’ve phoned up today to get an appointment for today 1/3/3024 and not offered an appointment for 2 weeks time which is no good to me as I needed this appointment today got asked if it was an emergency wouldn’t of phoned if it wasn’t an emergency.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment, have to repeat yourself to the receptionist, then nurse in order to speak to a doctor. They don’t take any notes so if you need to call back you have to start from scratch. When they finally do give you an appointment the doctor will call anytime and you will have no idea when. If you miss the call and try and rebook you will receive snotty comments. It’s a ridiculous process that is totally unreasonable for sick, busy or just normal humans who have to get on with their day rather than staring at their phone for the moment the doctor finally calls. Services are clearly not built around the patient, this is the last thing they are concerned with.
