    Personally, I have always found them to be very helpful and accessible - have never felt rushed and have always been able to see nurse/doctor when needed and felt confident in the treatment received. The pressure that the receptionists are under from people needing help can be extreme at times but all do their very best to assist and if on occations things cannot be dealt with immediately they have been dealt with as soon as possible.

    The practice has too many hoops to get through for an appointment since the pandemic. You are put off by a call to the receptionist ( too long a wait, in excess of 1 hour. It is also known that you can get cut off in between to start all over again.). First the doctor needs to talk to you to decide if you genuinely need an appointment or can it be sorted on the phone. Tel appointments are made for you to be available for the whole day. No time given for the doctor's call. If required an appointment may be made with a locum doctor or asked to go to the local A & E, Either this practice has too many patients or few doctors/staff. My family members have moved to another surgery or arranged private medical cover after losing faith in the NHS. In general, once you are through, the service is good.

    I believe some of the drs are really good and I can not say anything wrong about the doctors however the overall surgery practices r extremely poor. When u call the reception number it takes a long time e.g. One or or more at times to get the call answered. Then when one tries to make an appointment with the nurse or the doctor the receptionist try to flog or get rid of you by saying we do not have any appointments or do not have the nurses Dr os gone sick and or their surgery manager is not availble to flag the issues. They do not seem to listen to the patients concerns whatsoever. At times when they do make an appointment for a telephone cLl from the dr u r not informed the times when Dr is expected to call. R u meant to wait for Dr to call without knowing the times Dr will call. What sort of services r being provided at the surgery. The management of the surgery need to seriously review their practices to make them better for the patients to provide a good service expected.

    Very Happy with the Doctors Nurse and Receptionist. I am honoured to be they patient. I have always been given an appointment when needed.
