The new Loc Doctor was so nice, polite and gave confidence and I feel he would be someone people would be happy to see.

Phone always answered promptly and politely. Receptionists and doctors always friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

There are some receptionists that are really helpful and go the extra mile to help you. However, there are unfortunately a few that don't listen at all and will just talk over you when you try to explain what you need. It's really luck of the draw who answers the phone as to what your experience will be. They seem to be extremely short staffed on actual GP's and there's been a high turnover recently. Due to this it's incredibly difficult to get appointments on the day. Bizarrely, you're deterred from making appointments in advance. Like many GP surgeries, it's gone downhill since the pandemic.

This practice is always helpful even whilst under pressure the receptionists remain patient and empathetic
