    On every occasion I have found the doctors to be excellent; kind, caring, professional and expert. My partner also consulted with another doctor recently at this practice who was also superb he said. Recently we have had to have increased visits over the last few months consulting with three different doctors, they are all brilliant. Feel lucky to have such a great NHS practice.

    After my specialist sent a letter to my GP I was called by the receptionist of the medical centre to have a telephone appointment with my GP. I asked for a face to face appointment instead, as I had other important issues to discuss. The person on the phone said that it had to be a phone appointment, to what I insisted that I really needed to see the doctor in person. After 10 minutes back and forth they refused to book me one, also I was told not to tell them how to do their job. In the end I ended up not being able to book the service I needed and I had to hang up the phone. Simply shocking.

    I have so many health issues, I am asthmatic, became obese, back pain etc... With liver becoming more fatty with the time! most of too many different doctors I was seeing to explain to me my issue, were rude, scared of pointing I am sick! I do not recommend this practice.

    This practice, with 16k patients and 9 doctors a day, never picks up the phones. Forget emailing them. Front desk staff can be Very rude. Avoid if you can.

    I had a sore throat and the GP saw me on the same day prescribing the antibiotics. He also booked a follow up app for the following week. Really impressed with service.

    Needed an urgent prescription, called the GP and the prescription was immediately sent to my pharmacy - excellent service. Always find the GP's here very helpful

    I rarely visit any doctor so am in the surgery only very occasionally. The last two times the head receptionist has behaved very unprofessionally. Today, she was literally badmouthing an absent patient in front me, not caring that I could hear every word of her long story about what a dreadful person the patient is/was. If it had been my mother she was walking about I would have been furious. The doctors are good, the reception staff incredibly unprofessional and without any conscience, particularly since the head receptionist was hired some time ago. An utter, total disgrace to the NHS; and I write that reluctantly as it used to be a good surgery. So sad.

    I arrived with an emergency and was immediately referred to a&e. Doctor couldn’t suggest the nearest hospital and when I was speaking aloud about how I’d get there she rudely said “that’s not my problem” - horrible experience in a very stressful situation. I’ve been a patient for years, btw, but the culture - from the doctors to the reception - has changed beyond all recognition over the past 5 years, the main factor being total contempt for the patient.

    totally understand that on a Monday morning it can be extremely busy, but to call up at 8am and to be 6th in the queue and wait 1hr and forty five minutes is disgraceful. All day I wasn't able to get through and only the day after after waiting another half hour i was able to talk to reception, to get a doctor to call me back.

    Completely awful and unresponsive service. No one ever answers the phone, text interactions via patches is entirely ineffective. GPs and admin staff don't follow up and need constant chasing. Don't understand why I should be chasing for any follow. Avoid like the plague.
