Doctor has been super helpful in seeing my teen daughter who is suffering with nausea from an unknown cause. He has seen her in person twice and spoke directly to her rather than about her and we've discussed on the phone several times. He has been patient and willing to try medications to help whilst we investigate the cause. Upon exhausting all options that he is able to carry out, he agreed to refer to paediatrics without any objection or fuss. A wonderful and understanding doctor.

I had to register my parents as temporary patients at the surgery following an accident of my father and we had to move him closer to family to provide better care. From the start, I found the service of the Knights Surgery exceptional. The reception staff was extremely kind and friendly, and registered my parents within a matter of hours. I was able to speak to a doctor the following morning and sorted out all the medication. Within a couple of hours of speaking to the doctor, the appointments with the district nurse were arranged, so that my father can continue to receive the injections that he had been receiving from his old surgery. My parents' previous surgery was in east London. There it would take 10 days to make an appointment to speak to any doctor. Any follow-up questions, it would require another appointment in 10 days' time. It used to take me 3 weeks just to sort out a question about dosage in that east London surgery. Moving to Knight Surgery, I have found huge differences in the service, friendliness and efficiency. This is not a criticism of their old surgery (which is under huge pressure), but a commendation to Knights Surgery. I feel lucky that I was able to move my parents in the care of Knights, and would recommend it to any patients in the area. It is really an exceptional surgery.

Once again a great example of how a GPservixexshoukd be operated. A telephone query I had about medications was answered followed by being asked if anything else was worrying me. There was a long term coplaint that was concerning me and I mentioned this. Four hours later I received a call saying I will be getting a letter about a consultation and one about an ultrasound scan. Excellent

With all the horror stories in the media lately about the NHS it is always with some trepidation when contacting one’s doctor at this time. I telephoned Knights Surgery this morning and only had to wait a short time before being contacted by a very friendly, helpful receptionist..who said I would shortly have a telephone consultation with a doctor . Soon after the doctor called me and on hearing my symptoms asked if I wanted to come in for an examination. I accepted this offer and at 1320, on time, I saw the doctor.. He examined me thoroughly and prescribed treatment for my complaint . I can only say that I am completely satisfied with my experience today. Thank you so much,

This GP practice is brilliant. Lovely receptionists and always willing to help. The Dr's are fantastic and listen to you. Have always been very happy with the service I have received here.

Generally the doctors, nurses and receptionists have been very helpful over the years I have been with them. There are 3 doctors and only 1-2 work in the surgery per day so you do not always get the same doctor. Phone call appointments are helpful so not to waste the doctors or my time for advice that can easily be done on the Phone. Website suggest they use e-consult but finding the link on the website is not obvious. Had a call back from the doctors previously at 6.30pm on a Friday a few months ago and advice given was limited. Called on this occasion to book an appointment at 8.20, with phone call before 10am. Clear advice that I was after was given. Needed a referral and the paperwork was sent with 20 minutes of the phone call. Would recommend this surgery overall.
