    Both recently and today I have had to contact the surgery. The staff are pleasant and understanding and try to meet expectations. They can signpost efficiently if necessary but also manage to arrange a face to face appointment. I feel they get a bad press and are under a lot of pressure. I have been with this practice for 30+ years and never felt that I have received anything but the best service possible

    I've been with this surgery over 20 years, and have always had excellent service! Friendly and competent receptionists, nurses, and doctors. They’re doing a brilliant job of adapting to rapidly shrinking NHS resources, and were amazing during the pandemic! I've had numerous physical and mental health issues over the years, and have several long term conditions now. Kirkstall Lane have always given me effective, compassionate care.
