I’ve been with this practise for a few years and continue to get let down. Im a cancer patient & suffer will a learning difficulty. Two month wait if you want a GP appointment, medications removed from repeat prescriptions and changed without being informed, resulting in emergency Hospitall admission. So far it’s took 5days to request a routine appointment with a nurse and still fighting, honestly if you value your health do not join this practice, my battle fighting cancer was easier than trying to be treated like a normal human being at this practise.

I have had an occasion to contact the practice several times within the last couple of months for various medical reasons. The phones are answered in a timely fashion, the receptionists have always been helpful and courteous and appointments made easily and within a reasonable time frame that allows me to see the GP I am familiar with. Sometimes my GP appointments are slightly delayed but I accept this as part of the personal service the GP is providing to the patient in front of me. I have never felt under pressure or rushed when consulting my GP and appreciate the time he gives me. I have absolutely no complaints and remain very thankful of the service I receive.

Joined Dec 22, have a serious health condition, couldn't get an appointment for 2 months, let the practise know I needed a referral for the condition, they didn't bother following that up for 3 months. Online appointments are never available. Aiming to join another practise.

I telephoned the surgery today to adjust 2 appointments. The receptionist went out of her way to help me. She was kind and very efficient.
