Totally wrong information about this surgery I have bad experience for making a appointment last for days continue I’m calling 8 o’clock in the morning and 10 o’clock staff response me don’t have any appointment and specially staff have very bad behaviour with patients

Most of the receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They are not providing enough information. If you want repeat prescription they always ignore emails and to get them One needs to call again and again.

This practice is completely appalling. The reception team are rude and unhelpful. The prescription team ignore emails and leave you without medication. It is not unusual to send / make multiple emails and phone calls for one prescription which is often still wrong or not even written at the end. There are never any managers available, and it is never clear when one will be at the practice. If you love being patronised, ignored and made to feel like you are in the way, then Kingsway Health Centre is for you! Otherwise avoid it like the plague.

Absolutely outstanding service, reception staff were very helpful and polite, the Dr and nurse I saw were amazing, really helpful and professional.By far the best visit I have ever made to a surgery yet. Thankyou

The new system of booking in an appointment to see the doctor is the worst system I have ever come across, firstly you have to deal with rude and unhelpful reception eho see fit to talk down to ill people attempting to speak to your Dr. Instead of being able to see your Dr you have to book in a phone appointment which takes 2 - 3 days, they tell you which day it will be with no time frame. They honestly expect you to sit and watch your phone for 7 hours so you dont miss tge 30 second window the Dr calls. For people who work this is impossible, if you happen to be in the middle of a task and miss the 30 second window and the call goes through to voicemail then they wont try again you have missed your 30 second opportunity to speak to your Dr and have to book another appointment in for another 3 days again with no idea of when they will call. When i raised this complaint with reception she put the phone down. Awful, unprofessional and unhelpful practice.

Amazing practice, always professional, caring and sensitive to patients needs. I have nothing but admiration for the practice, Doctors , Nurses and staff. I would highly recommend this practice over all practices in billingham and surrounding areas. Mr Darren Gowland
