Attended GP for pain in upper arm.. Appointment was on time. Checked out and reassured muscular pain rather than anything serious

Twice I have needed to use this practice in the past 8months and twice I have left feeling dismissed and still in pain. My experience ranges from the doctor suggesting the pain is not real and is in my head to having been released from hospital with instructions to obtain a referral from my gp which was then denied. Both instances the gp suggested I should go to A&E for pain rather than arrange an appointment or referral to investigate. On one of these occasions I had just come out of hospital after doing just that.

Helpful caring staff! I was in a desperate need for a doctor’s appointment for my 15 year old daughter as we were going on a holiday in couple of days, once I explained the situation to the lady on a phone , she kindly got me an appointment the following day at Kingston Health Hull ( Wheeler street) , I was really grateful! Thank you!

I am not a regular attender, but when I need them, they are there and respond quickly. There are also the timely follow-ups that are promptly undertaken. The advice that I have been given is accurate and clear. It enabled me to avoid developing a debilitating condition. Consequently, I didn't need 'other' services. This is great proactive care.

The reception staff at this practice are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond, I've been struggling with depression and only recently started going to doctors about it but rather then just booking me an appointment they actually made me laugh and took there time to help me and gave me so much help they were truly fantastic
