The receptionist took time to arrange an appointment to suit me. I was seen very shortly after the agreed time. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and explained procedures clearly. I was impressed to receive results of my cholesterol test quickly. I was slightly confused by the follow up arrangements as the link took me to a very long page on my phone and I had trouble finding the correct section. I was told that Suvera Pharmacy would contact me to follow up but I am not clear if I need to take any action myself. I think the website the link took me to needs some rethinking.

I have always recieved exceptional service from all at Kings Norton Surgery . The app service is an excellent addition and makes communication super efficient and I always get a response within at least 2hrs . I came in yesterday 02/06/25 for my annual review with full blood count and results were on my NHS app today less than 24hrs later . Thank You to all Dr's , Nurses and Reception staff you are all amazing 👏.

I was given a friendly welcome and attended to in utmost professional manner. The GP explained to me in details the past and current medical situation and assured a follow up with Surgeon at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton. My prescription requests are promptly looked into and approved for collection. Courteous staff members and always ready to help.

I went for a routine blood test with the nurse. She not only was caring and skilled in her job but also answered all the questions I had about potential following up the results and booking an appointment to discuss the results if needs be. Thank you

I went to surgery to have a review on medication regarding my back and the doctor referred me directly to have further tests. The receptionists were also good with arranging my appt with the doctor.

I am extremely pleased with the recent appointment I had to treat a knee injury. The doctor couldn't have been more helpful, explaining the treatment fully. Hopefully this will continue to give me relief from pain. Thank you.

I send in a request by email...often within half an hour I may receive a reply. Then I may get an answer telling me the Dr would like a face to face appointment. If I don't mind whom I see, it is often within a couple of days. This last time I requested one of two doctors and my request was granted. It is such a bonus to see a Doctor who knows you and really listens to you...and even more important, who cares about you.

It was my first time getting a smear test and I put it off because I was nervous. The person who I had my appointment with was the most reassuring kind person who really put me at ease. They went through all the steps with me and It felt like a very non-judgemental space, you could really tell that they really cared about the subject and was dedicated to making the process as easy and calm as possible. I have recommended other people who are part of my surgery to also get their smear test here because i was treated so well!
