  1. Review titled terrible service

Terrible service. I have got to have a review for my tablets, as they will not prescribe my tablets until I do. I have been trying to get an appointment for over a week, with no luck, just to be told to ring back at 8am every day!!!! I have now ran out of tablets and was told by the receptionist (which I have to say was very polite) that I will have to ring 111 for emergency supply. I have been told by the Chemist that they can only supply 5 tablets and that it will cost me the full price of the prescription. They were disgusted that I had to ring 111, as I can't get a review. The doctors are obviously taking on too many people and they need to start thinking of the service that they supply.

I attended the doctors this morning at 10.25am and was treated by a doctor and told a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. I went to collect it at 2.15pm only to be told no prescription had been sent through. When I tried to phone doctors I found out it was closed until tomorrow

Never answer the phone ! When they do and state a gp will call you. .. they don’t ! Even when 111 book an appointment for you, they do not call you! Phone has had engaged tone for 3 days solid ! Even after call back button is reapeatedly pressed for an hour each time. Dreadful practise
