    Called surgery regarding my daughter needing blood tests and a possible further prescription. Really friendly, helpful lady on reception answered all of my questions and confirmed them with a clinician also booked daughter in for bloods. Really stress free amazing service, thank you so much.

    I had to pop into surgery as I couldn't hear anp over the telephone. She was giving me serious news. Today I received a parking fine in the gp surgery car park £100! I am discussed and wanted to warn other patients!

    Once again I can only praise staff involved with my appointment . The nurse involved was extremely /reassuringly knowledgeable & patient /thoroughly explaining issue & course of action . My only negative being they are ,understandably , moving onto an even greater role- well deserved ! Thank you & good luck .

    After telephone calls and eventually visiting the practice regarding a reoccurring problem I was finally referred to a specialist. The problem was they referred me to the wrong specialist who didn't deal with the problem I was experiencing. When I finally got to see another/correct specialist I thought it was game on and i would get answers. I waited for 5 weeks to get some information and after contacting the surgery several times, only to be told the specialist had not sent any info over yet I contacted the hospital and was told the information was sent to the surgery 3 days after I visited them. Again I contacted the surget and explained this to them and as if by magic they found it. I don't doubt for a minute that they try to be good at keeping patients informed but I found this appalling and the manner in which it was dealt with was pathetic. I wish I had stayed with my old doctor even though it was out of Cottingham where I lived 5 years ago.
