I am going through a sensitive journey and the staff at the surgery are great, the doctors and nurses went above and beyond even when they were due to leave. They handled my matter sensitively and were not dismissive. This did not go unnoticed and I feel very lucky to have such a supportive GP surgery.

Having been a patient at this practice for over forty five years I've seen many changes iin the appointment system .Sadly now the use of the pharmacist as a triage is extremely frustrating especially when you are directed to the chemist by a receptionist who assess whether the pharmacist or Dr should see you.On requesting an appointment the receptionist asked why I needed one and told me that the pharmacist would give me an appointment and he would receive an email from the surgery with details.I was told he would ring me to arrange a time .I then received an email from surgery telling me to ring the chemist myself!when I eventually managed to see our very busy pharmacist he was not sure why I was referred to him but offered sound advise and followed up two days later when he said that I should be seen by the Dr.I retuned to the surgery as instructed by my chemist o ly to be told no appointments today so of course the whole process of trying to get an appointment has to be gone through again ringing for an appointment in the morning to be assessed by receptionist again ! I just need to be seen by a Dr not double triaged.

I rang this morning to get an appt with dr. I was told dr would call me back at some point this morning. Dr rang me back at 9:30am and asked me to come in to see him which I was very impressed with. Saw the dr promptly who was very understanding and assured me that he was a specialist in the field of which I needed to be seen for. Referred me for the relevant tests. Hopefully we will find an outcome soon, I am extremely happy with my visit. Receptionists were also very friendly and polite. Thank you all so much

I'm not one to leave reviews but in this case I must, because I'm completely blown away by this GP Practice. I registered my family recently and right from the first day my husband and I walked into this GP surgery, we felt the difference instantly, the staff were friendly, services fast and prompt yet well detailed and documented. We received texts and reminders early and promptly. Relevant test and checks were done, follow up call and checks by the GP surgery, prompt prescription to the pharmacy. Every single person has been fantastic, very easy to book appointments. No delays whatsoever. Infact it doesn't feel like NHS, feels like a private clinic service. In all my years in the UK, this is by far the Best GP Surgery. The culture speaks excellence, top quality and care, you can feel it, it's almost tangible.

I've been going to this doctor since I was 6 (now 28). Over the past year I've been seen by a new doctor a couple of times who doesn't listen to you or review your history but rushes to the first thing she thinks of. After a call with her today I was advised to call reception straight back to book a physio appointment. However reception does not pick up the phone. Every time I call there ends up being a queue of people which only goes down when someone gives up waiting because once the phone starts ringing it just rings and doesn't get picked up.

Thank you for your comments. Our staff work incredibly hard to answer calls all day. We are working on our phone system and other ways for patients to make contact with us.

Over the last 2 months have try to get the covid-19 booster and flu jab my son has be in muitple times and I call the surgery at least 5 times still no one been out there have a duty of care that there are failing at.

I'm sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately, when it comes to Flu and Covid vaccines, it is out of our control when we get these delivered to us.
