Tried to book an appointment,started at 8.30 am and was no 15 in a queue.Says there is a call time limit of 20 minutes then you get cut off and have to start again. How do they expect you to get through in 20 minutes with 14 other people in front.After several attempts recorded voice says there are no more appointments today please try again tomorrow. What a joke .It is now 10.45 and still no answer even though I was no 1 and the phone was ringing but then it was not answered and I was cut off again.Something needs to be done about this as people will be going to A&E when all they need is to see a doctor.

Currently we are facing an unprecedented demand for our services. We are finding that patient expectations are far outweighing our current capacity. We are sorry to learn that we have fallen short of your expectations in areas of service and clinical care.
