    I went yesterday about a lump at the side of my head and I wasn't very happy with the Dr it was if they don't care about people

    Didnt have to wait long to be seen after registering with the reptionist. The Clinition was very helpful and listened to me before discussing the reason i had asked for the appointment. She was very understanding and i felt that she cared.

    Firstly, I’ve had no issues getting an appointment or with the reception or other employees The Doctors appointment I had made me feel uncomfortable, I was told ‘we just don’t know’ when I asked about my medical problem, I kept photographic evidence to help but it was dismissed along with that comment. It’s the first time ever that I have felt uncomfortable and somewhat bemused in a consultation. I felt as though she made me feel it was my fault somehow. I still have the same, still in pain and nervous to return now which is a shame for the lovely nurses etc who got me to that point.

    My appointment was at 8.15 Friday morning I was seen by a doctor at 20 past only a 5 min wait the experience was very good as always the doctor was make he listened an was very helpful like a breath of fresh air realy got 2 go back 2 see a nurse 4 blood test would like 2 av been seen sooner think a month away is 2 long but it is wat it is

    Great service, even though my health check appointment was 3 weeks waiting. The Receptionist was very helpful, and my appointment was thorough even with an additional issue that was addressed promptly.

    Despite having booked to see a particular doctor and having to wait 3 weeks to see him I was surprised to be greeted by a lady (Clinitian). But she was very pleasant and listened to.what I had to say. She dealt with my various needs very competently and I was happy with all she did and said and was left feeling that the doctor I was meant to see wouldn't have done anything any differently or better. She even rang me later to let me know she had sent my prescription to the pharmacy. In the end I was very satisfied with my visit apart from having to wait so long for my appointment.

    D R. S H A W. was great as usual. Very knowledgeable and sorted my chest infection. I went seeking advice for my memory issues. He was very comforting and eased my mind.

    The receptionist was amazing. Very helpful very considerate couldn't do enough for me made appointment for me that day. Unfortunately when I saw the Doctor I felt has though he was in a rush.it just seemed as though I was on a conveyor belt

Normally, this is a seamless experience but there are times when the clinician may feel rushed or pressured by the time constraints.
