What a waste of time. If you suffer from mental health issues, I recommend you go somewhere else for help and support. The doctor I saw wasn't helpful or understood anything I was saying. The advice given was something I've already tried, and it's not helped.

I phoned the surgery for an appointment as I was having considerable problems over the weekend with pain and breathing difficulties .They arranged an appointment within three hours and the clinician I saw listened to the problems I was having and conducted an inspection and prescribed antibiotics Cannot fault the prompt and efficient service

I can count on one hand I have visited a gp in my adulthood as I feel I don’t want to waste their time. I was advised to go to the gp by another medical processional due to extremely low iron. The appointment was 15 minutes late. From the moment I sat down I felt ‘why am here’? I could have done the same Googling that was being done. The mannerism was negative & it felt that me donating blood was a bad thing to do! They were not aware how to get a Medical Exemption Certificate & told me to ask Reception. I couldn’t wait to get out of the room & I thought ‘if there was a way I could complain about the ‘service’ then I would. The receptionist staff were pleasant, but the actual go, I would never like to visit again.

I had recently had a MRi at hospital and were waiting for the results. I received a message on my phone asking if I could attend that day at 4.15 to discuss the results, the appointment was absolutely brilliant, everything was explained fully and it was jointly agreed that a CT scan should be had for further in-depth analysis. I was handed a printout of the MRi and I'm really glad it was explained to me the way it was. There are some fairly long medical type words and phrases that I would have spent hours checking on Google. I felt as I was treated as a person and not just a patient. Praise where Praise is due, thank you.

This practice gave an excellent service when I had to discuss my high blood pressure, pre-diabetic and my cholesterol. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice.

Had to wait 3 weeks to see GP but worth it as he listened to me and I wasn’t rushed. Came away with new medication which will hopefully help and a plan for future. Thank you Dr S

I saw a lady doctor when I was in excruciating pain whilst their I had a panic attack, I had the impression she thought I was putting it on, didn't feel she was very sympathetic ended up apologising for taking up her time. I've usually had good experiences don't go to doctors much she did prescibe medication tho.

Had to wait 2 weeks to be seen first. Nothing urgent or serious though. The practitioner was pleasant and helpful, and prescribed the medication i needed.
