Came for minor knee surgery with Dr Strachan and was at ease all through he explained every step of the process and it was a pleasant and personal experience thank you again Dr Strachan

I missed my appointment I rang the surgery the staff were really helpful said they would contact the Doctor to see if he could fit me in they rang me back with an appointment that night brilliant, thank you all at Killamarsh Surgery

After years of neglect at my last GP I changed to killamarsh and I wish I did it sooner. I had to wait a while for my appointment but I actually got an appointment which to me was a massive hurdle I couldn't conquer at my last GP. I was seen on time and treated like a human being instead of just a patient. I felt listened to and correctly diagnosed. My script was done promptly so there was no waiting at the pharmacy after my appointment either where as at my last drs I'd have to wait til the next day until I could get my script. I'm hopefully now on the road to recovery. Thank you

Made appointment but had to wait nearly 3 weeks. Which is not good, but when I was seen the person I saw was thorough and listened to what I had to say. I came away hoping that the medication prescribed would finally work.

The doctor I saw was understanding and referred continuously had my notes on the desk top computer so I was confident that he had all my personal details and history to hand along with my prescriptions. I was amazed when he told me and asked about a recent fall I had having attended hospital.

I saw the new lady Dr she is a breath of fresh air she spoke to me not at me, and I felt she was really listening to what I had to say. The nurses are really lovely and always glad to help But getting an appointment to see a Dr is ridiculous usually around 3 weeks unless they phone you It was much better when you could book an appointment on line you could choose the Dr you felt most comfortable with and choose the time that was best for you.

I recently had a Dr's appointment followed by a visit to see the nurse, I forgot to say how impressive the professionalism of everyone when I go into either the Dr or nurse they have already checked my history notes and are aware of any changes and always answer questions expertly and honest thanks again
