The staff at the surgery were kind and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment and the follow-up appointment for my hospital referral was booked in on the same day.

I was seen by a practitioner on time, I was given good advice, I came away feeling I had been listened to. There was also someone shadowing the lady I saw and I was asked if that was ok. It is difficult to get an appointment to see the doctors, have seen two practitioners, both were helpful.

Professional and friendly attitude making me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. Very knowledgeable and provided me with exercises until I get an appointment with E.N.T. referral. Excellent manner all the way through my appointment.

After giving my symptoms to the receptionist she forwarded onto a clinician (as no appointments available for that day) got a phone call back within the hour to see the doctor later that day. Polite helpful staff who are working under stressful times.

Attended appointment on 23rd. December and saw a Physician. Mainly to get advice on a small lump at top of my groin and to review my readings from my Blood Glucose Meter. A blood test last October revealed Impaired Glucose Tolerance Prediabetic. With changes to my diet and life style, no weight loss needed, the readings from the monitor are well improved but another blood test booked for end of January, the results of which should give me the average of my blood sugars over the last months. The small lump is a hernia but doesn't as yet need treatment. The Physician explained what I need to keep an eye on with the hernia and if I start to get pain, then I'm to get back to the Practice. The Physician phoned me later in the day to confirm the diagnosis and advice, after consulting with the doctors. I can't praise the practice enough for their care and understanding, to everyone there. Reception meet you with a friendly greeting as does the phone line. Physician was very caring and respected my thoughts and concerns. What would we do without you, thank you 🙂🙂

Got an appointment on the same day, receptionist was lovely. The doctor had read notes before seeing me and she was very sympathetic and understanding. Gave a prescription that actually works. Can't fault at all. Thankyou.

I phoned to explain the pains and bad cough I had within a hour I got a phone call to say a doctor would see me on that day at 6pm which was good as I was diagnosed with a respiratory chest infection and given medication for it
