Had an early morning appointment and felt sorry for the staff as the heating was clearly not working. The care I recieved was as always excellent.

Dear Mr Leahy, thank you for this and I agree it is cold but please be assured the heating is fully functional and turned on. I have also provided each office an additional fan heater. I had an appointment with Dr on the 9th of January. I went over my weight and was not looking forward to it but Dr listened to me, and then helped he me with my request and I came away feeling better and so happy that Dr was willing to listen to me.

From start to finish, a very positive experience. Reception were very helpful and sorted my appointment with the doctor, luckily via a cancellation. Doctor was very thorough, sent for X-ray and results were back within a week and acted on immediately. Called back in and treated accordingly. Great service all round.

The doctor we saw this week had a terrible bedside side manner. She lacked empathy and had no compassion.Has no manners and is rude. I would never want to see this individual again.

I had to go have injections in my knees because I have horrible arthritis Dr always patient and gentle The ladies on reception have a very stressful job at times, but she was very nice to me and was very kind

I have spoken to a number of receptionist all of which were polite and helpfull. My appointment was for a review following treatment. This didn’t get discussed due to other issues following the treatment. The doctor was busy and ran out of time . I left the appointment disappointed.

It is true that time management is very important. For example, if each appointment ran over by only a couple of minutes, the last few patients of the day may have to come back as the practice would close. I have recently seen visited the surgery My second visit and the Dr remembered me and the details of my complaint. She is very professional knowledgeable and has a lovely bedside manner. Also another Dr with his knowledge experience and the speed in which he acted has saved my husbands life. If it wasn’t for his expertise my husband would not be alive today Whenever I call the surgery or visit I have always been greeted with very polite friendly and professional staff I highly recommend Killamarsh medical centre
