Had an appointment 8 am - arrived 10 minutes earlier - however the front door was locked and had to wait outside until 8 - waiting area should open at least 15 minutes prior to first appointment if they want patients to attend on time - Staff was friendly and professional

I had an unexpected health issue that started about 2 months a go at the time I was in an extreme amount of pain and very concerned on contacting the surgery I was given an out of hours doctors appointment at another surgery within 4 or 5 hrs where I was examined and had an initial diagnosis of gallstones, and an ultrasound scan booked the next day by Kenyon Medical Centre, within a week of the scan I had a message from a Dr to say my scan showed no sign of gallstones, as the issue has been ongoing I then booked an appointment with Dr to discuss the problem, he was excellent he listened to all the issues and timeline and and bloods and a stool test as a starting point and a plan is now in place going forward depending on results, his manner and advice were very reassuring and I also have found there is a major improvement with the care navigators I have spoken with on all occasions I have needed to contact the surgery in there manner and helpfulness.

My recent visit was due to the loss of my mother The GP was so full of empathy. he was so caring and understanding and made sure I was OK The GP had given me contact numbers for support I was so overwhelmed with his concern ao I believe he needs to be mentioned I also want to thank all the staff as they too were very understanding and caring

Satisfied with my treatment as this practice. Didn’t have to wait to long for a Face to Face. Blood tests and investigations done promptly. Doctor listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease.

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Did my blood pressure and weight and was called in before I had time to sit down. Overall a fairly hassle free experience for someone who avoids Doctor's surgery's like the plague

I arrived early and was taken care instantly. She was patient and took time to ask me questions around my daily activities. She showed her care so well. Excellent attitude towards the patient!
