I always get a speedy response to any queries I have. Managed to see a doctor within 24 hrs for a face to face appointment. They also referred me to the community clinic for some tests too. Today I was seen for a vaccination appointment on time. The nurse explained all the relevant dates and cover for me. Reception staff have been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this surgery to anyone wishing to register. Thankyou.

This surgery has become quite efficient and everything seems to be running smoothly. The staff are always helpful and try their best to accommodate patient needs. We have no problems and every time we require anything it’s done promptly.

Friendly staff specially on the reception, they try to help you out with queries, appointments ext. I had a problem with a dvla application, and they took care of it very efficiently and in was completed in very short time. Taking appointments are easy as well alway responsive and very polite over the calls as well.

I am always been greeted with a smile and the doctors and staff are very good to understand my health issues and provide good feedback and advice. Very proactive to call and check for appointment and very adjusting when I needed a time change for my b12 injections. I haven't had any bad experience at this surgery, so thumbs up to the wonderful staff and doctors!

The receptionist staff are very unhelpful! They are constantly rude to people on the phone and in person. Booking urgent appointments are a nightmare. You have to call for one person at a time, I was ringing for an appointment for my daughter who is 5 and myself - was told that only one person appointment can be booked. Obviously my daughter took priority as they could make an accommodation to book two people at the same time. What would you have to do if the whole household is sick? Appointment system needs improvement to cater for parents / caregivers who can’t book for themselves but the parents/ caregivers needs an appointment too.

Excellent staff and doctors. I happily recommend this GP to people who are registering newly. There is good customer service and staff are very friendly.
