Great service. Followed up to ensure everything had happened according to the plan. Asked if I had any further problems and how they could be resolved. Been with this practice for many years and always had great service. Well done Team.

Recently my top eyelid was suddenly very sore swollen and inflamed I sought advice from a pharmacy who said I needed to see my doctor as soon as possible The doctor's receptionist told me l could not see a doctor without even consulting a nurse or a doctor surely this is not her decision to make l have spoke to numerous people who are at different practice's and they have no problem seeing their doctor's so why is Betts avenue Kenton such a shambles

I wanted to leave feedback of my recent experience and the medical centre's complete failure of care due to lack of face to face appointments. I was given a telephone appointment and prescribed some medication from a doctor who sounded mechanical and business like, totally lacking in empathy. This conversation lasted less than five minutes. The medication lasted fourteen days and a further appointment was made for a review. I received no phone call on the appointment day. The following day I called the centre to inform them of this and ask for the medication to be repeated. They were unable to do this without a doctors say so and the next available appointment was another full two weeks away. On this date a different doctor called but the call cut off almost immediately. Two minutes later I received a voicemail from the doctor asking me to ring back which I did. I was then greeted with a message from the centre telling me they were shut till 13.30 and thus missed my appointment. I have since had to resort to alternative private care to get the help I need. Shame on those of you who are still using Covid as an excuse, and failing to provide decent care and support to those in need. I've worked and paid into the system for over thirty years and this is what I get in return!
