The call queue management system (referral query) seems to have a glitch. At 10 minutes on hold I was first in the queue, then at 15 minutes on hold it bumped me to third, then cycled third, second, first repeatedly for 15 minutes. In the end I gave up and called again using the appointments option. Surgery is great, but let down by systems.

I moved to the area about a year ago and have had great care from the practice. They have always accommodated appointment requests for myself and my family quickly and with kindness both for urgent and more routine issues. The clinical team have been very responsive, dealing with issues promptly, appropriately and with a high standard of care. I would definitely recommend this hard working practice. Thanks!
