Very disapointed. Before covid that was great surgery, but now it looks like they just coming to work to receive money and go home. Mission impossible to get the appoitment. Open at 8am start calling they not picking up phone untill 11am , after saying they dont have anymore appoitments. Call after 1pm to make at different day calling after they say no appoitment for not urgent case call monday. If it's urgent call next morning from 8am . And week by week same story. Came to reception 8.30 they say all apoitments gone need call . Waiting area is totally empty, 1 person waiting. Need urgent appoitment because need emergency referal to specialist which waiting 3 months. And healt gone worst. 4 times been call ambulance. Show the request from emergency Sdec doctor. Problem with heart . Need to be checked urgently. No one cares. Emergency say go to GP , but GP not able to receive appoitment. They say can't do nothing. Looks like they geting Bonuses from every person who they refuse and not giving a proper help to patience who need it .

I cannot fault the service from this practice. My Mum has Alzheimer’s and they understand that I am her main carer and also work full time. They try their very best to find appointments to meet the needs of my mum and to enable me to bring Mum to the service. The reception staff are fabulous and go out of their way to help where they can. The care my Mum receives is outstanding and I thank you all.

  3. Review titled Poor

Unable to get appointment for months leading to attending walk in centre. Referred to breast clinic and cancer diagnosed. Had surgery and now cannot get a sick note from doctor. Called on Thursday and told to call on Tuesday, doctor was not in so told to call Wednesday, sick note not done told to call later which I did, still not done. Called today and again not done, told to call tomorrow. Not sure what they expect me to tell my employer. Appalling service, or lack of, from pre-diagnosis and continues.
