Both my son and I have had to use our GP surgery here at Keats a lot in the last 3 months. The care we have received has been excellent. The level of care, knowledge and efficiency have all been 10/10. The doctors are personable and listen to all your problems. I am really grateful to all staff here -at every level-who have gone beyond to make sure my eldest son was seen to quickly when we came back from a holiday and he had been in hospital, needing follow up care. Communication is efficient and relevant. Lucky to have this practice.

The Keats Practice is exceptional. Staff are kind and expert. The reception - even in the stress of Covid - are always helpful and efficient. I cannot understand any of the negative comments. The practice is a model of how an NHS practice should be run... Thankyou
