    I wrote to my GP on 13/11/22 requesting an urgent appointment to deal with high blood pressure. The receptionist said she would ‘try’ to give my letter to the doctor. Despite the urgency, it took a week to receive a text asking me to book by telephone or online. I tried the latter without success; I couldn’t see how to do this so I’m back to telephoning. Very disappointing response.

    I have only had good experiences with this practice, GPs, Nurses and Receptionists. They have all done their best, and been kind.
