    Recently sent an econsult concerned that my child might need treatment. By 11.30 am the same day I was able to collect the prescription for the pharmacy. It was really reassuring to know that when I needed the help I could get it. The local pharmacy Hodgsons didnt have the medication but allowed me to collect the prescription and take it else where. I called LLoyds who were able to give it me. All the staff we came across were so helpful. Thanks again and keep up the hard work!

    Have been trying to use econsult for so e days so that I do not take too much of the receptions time as they are permanently trying to juggle.. but it's never online? No reasons given? Very poor access to basic care
