    A number of times I have had an appointment waiting over 30 minutes each time. One occasion doctor called in sick and receptionist failed to inform me and today I’ve waited 40 minutes and expected to wait a minimum of another 15 minutes. The communication and customer service at this practice is awful !

    Very poor service from the surgery - the pharmacy team are incapable of doing things properly. I am now heading towards a hospital admission due to them continuously rejecting requests when they have results available to them. Asked four times for them to do this and they haven't. Difficult to get appointments due to new triaging system. Did an econsult last week - they never bothered to contact me despite sending an email saying they had received the request and I would be contacted by the following day by 6:30pm. Triaging is poor. The econsults aren't read fully so gets triaged to the wrong people.

    Recently sent an econsult concerned that my child might need treatment. By 11.30 am the same day I was able to collect the prescription for the pharmacy. It was really reassuring to know that when I needed the help I could get it. The local pharmacy Hodgsons didnt have the medication but allowed me to collect the prescription and take it else where. I called LLoyds who were able to give it me. All the staff we came across were so helpful. Thanks again and keep up the hard work!
