There are some very good GPs at this practice (the ones that are partners / salaried GPs). However some of the reception staff are so rude, condescending and clearly do not want to help people who are in urgent need of help. I called this morning and was told a GP would call me today. After not receiving a call I contacted the surgery and the lady I spoke to was so rude and nasty to me. I was absolutely polite and kept it together but needed urgent help. I burst into tears after the call and have given up. I know there are too many people for the amount of GPs but the whole administration of the Longfield and New Ash Green Surgeries need to be rebuilt. Such bad service and it’s only got worse over the last 10 years. Drastic action needs to be taken to fix the administrative problems.

I filled in an eConsult form at New Ash Green Surgery and returned it to the receptionist. 2 hours later a Doctor phoned to say a paramedic would call at my address in 30 minutes. The lady, extremely personable, gave me a thorough examination and diagnosed a severe hiatus hernia and would consult the doctor re medication. The doctor an hour later rang to confirm treatment. The response was incredibly good and cannot thank the team enough. Please pass on my thanks. Valeriexxx.

The surgery has had a bad wrap over the years but I have had a great experience of late and have been really well looked after. I have contacted on a regular basis discussing my on going meds, good job!

I am currently attending Darent Valley Hospital for an operation as a patient from the local Jubilee Medical Group. It has become apparent to me that their computer systems are not connected. I know this because yesterday the hospital informed me of the date of my operation (23/12/ 2022) and, today, Jubilee offered me a telephone consultation for that same date. While their computer systems are not connected, Jubilee group should at least check my NHS records in order to avoid making unnecessary/conflicting appointments and save me the trouble of having to figure out which one to attend and which one to cancel. I should hope that medical groups in this country are rated, not by the number of appointments offered, but by the actual consultations performed. I tried to respond to Jubilee’s text message of the unnecessary consultation but replies to their email was blocked. Incidentally, a previous review I posted did not appear in any reviews.

Recently joined this practice and visited the Longfield surgery as I was unable to order my medication online. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged for my prescription to be sent to my local chemist, and confirmed that I can now access my repeat prescriptions via the patient access site. Would be happy to recommend this practice.

I visited the surgery this morning - the receptionist at NAG was incredibly helpful and initiated support for my mother. A doctor phoned within the hour and two lovely nurses visited during the afternoon. I would like to thank everyone involved for their kindness and professionalism.
