Staff have no people skills at all and are very rude. If there are any issues they just say sorry not my problem. I had pre booked an appointment. On the day the telephone consultation never happened so called up to ask they we tried to call ull have to book another appointment which was another 2 weeks away. Sent an email to complain to the practice manager and have been ignored. From previous experiences with her she doesn't care and just tells you if you don't like it find a new doctors.

Dear Patient We Take complaints seriously and like to resolve the problems however as this has been left with no name it is hard to follow the complaint through. Reception staff do all they can to help patients and would not say its not their problem. Also the manager receives the complaints not from her own email address and it is the policy to reply back to the complaint with our findings should you care to take this up please ring the practice and ask to speak to the manager so we have more insight into your complaint

Ihave been with this practice for years and dont use it very often but when i do {or try to} you can never get an appointment . i have had a couple of ailments lately due 2 my age which i have had for over 6 weeks and still cannot get an appointment. i cannot work because of 1 of my ailment's so have no income coming in at all . The doctors only seem 2 have a few appointments each day but have thousands of people on its books so how does that work. The receptionists are only doing what they are told 2 do by the practice so i don't blame them . but something urgent needs to be done to sort this out.

This practice has got 1* from nearly every review because it’s useless,my dads poorly today so I was told there was no appointments but receptionist would speak to the practice manager due to my dads illness as worrying and ring me back, 5 hours later no call and spoke to another receptionist who said no record of me calling and of the notes that were supposed to be made! Only option they said was ring 111, why couldn’t they advise me that this morning if they couldn’t help!! It’s impossible to get a telephone appointment most of the time let alone a face to face which we have never had since the pandemic started, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful so as of tomorrow myself and my family are changing doctors

Dear Julia I was sorry to hear of your complaint i shall be listening to the telephone conversations you have said you have had with the reception staff so i can listen to actually what was said between you and the staff member who took your calls upon which i shall speak to the staff member should they in any way have been rude and unhelpful to you. I understand from your complaint you are registering at another practice but would like to let you know even though you will not be a patient here we do take complaints seriously and this complaint will still be looked into J.Harvey (PM)

You can never get an appointment I was 5th in the telephone que to be told there were no appointments then the next time I needed a appointment to speak about blood results as I had a text from the doctors to speak to the doctor to be told I can’t have one as the doctor only has time for emergency appointments. The place is terrible the staff are rude and not helpful one bit
