  1. Review titled Unhelpful and clueless

Rated 1 star out of 5

They have no idea, and that's even though work doesn't kill them, because they don't do anythingthere, and the little they do...bad. I had to have my daughter's blood tested and they gave me the blood form and where to call...after making an appointment, missing my day of work and taking my daughter out of school early to get to the appointment...we arrived and...surprise!!!! Children under 16 have to go to the hospital, not just any place....(wich obviously they should have warned me about in advanceat the gp) so a wasted day for me...what a start for the new company...avoid as much as possible

  2. Review titled Unhelpful receptionists, clueless and rude doctors

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 03 November 2024

The receptionists seem abrasive when patients bring up how they cannot get appointments. There needs to be more understanding that we are waiting in the cold. The doctors are generally very detached and the constant changing of doctors means that they have no understanding of their patients. The worst experience was when a doctor blamed us for bringing up a few health issues in a single-booked appointment, seeming very annoyed, and being carelessly condescending. She looked down on us, and even judged the way I was sitting with my legs folded, asking if I was Iranian (since her Iranian friend sat like that) and continued to guess my ethnicity, though she said she had no time to waste in the appointment. The whole experience was unprofessional, including how she constantly repeated she was a top professional and understood all ailments immediately by a 'single look'.
