After one of many visits today I yet again received brilliant service. The lovely receptionist managed to fit in an additional appointment for me straight after my first one. The 2 nurses I saw were both so lovely, reassuring and offered lots of advice/information regarding my separate treatments. I honestly can't thank them enough! All of the staff here from Drs, nurses, receptionists have all been extremely kind and helpful. This last year has felt quite stressful involving more visits than ever before and felt like I've been there constantly but the service I have received has made everything feel less stressful. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff whatever your role at this surgery. You are all very much appreciated :)

My experience is I am unable to see all my medications which should be on repeat, nor the results of recent visits to hospital, nor recent xray or mri scans and messages are not answered.

Allowing for current stresses, I think they give a great service. Recent vaccinations were very well organised, and I was in and out having had both vaccinations within a few minutes, - but also felt I had received good care and attention

I had text messages offering both flu & covid jabs. I'd had all my jabs at a chemist previously. I found the GP clinic organisation on 14th Oct was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate in using again for any future vaccinations. All staff involved from the greeters to the nurse were so pleasant & contributed to the efficiency of the process. I had expected long queues & was surprised how well organised it was to be honest.

Went for my jabs on Saturday. The practice have worked hard to make the experience as quick and as easy as possible. This year they excelled! The whole procedure was so efficient I hadn't to wait, it was straight through. Well done to all the staff at the Woolpack surgery. Thank you, a very positive experience.
