   All I wanted was to order my prescription on line. Now after 3 phone calls and about 70 minutes listening to some repetitive music I’m no further forward except for a prescription review in a weeks time. And to have that I have to be by my phone between 8.30 and 1.00 pm. There must be a better way of doing it.
