We all know times are very difficult and there is alot of pressure in this environment at the moment. Well, I registered as a patient within the last couple of months and can honestly say I feel totally reassured with John Street that help is on the other end of the phone. The receptionists are fabulous, predominantly a lady with the initial C who is patient and helpful every time I have spoken with her/them. The Doctors I have come across in my time with the practice are really thorough, reassuring and helpful. Listened to concerns I have with thought and empathy and a clear decision on next steps by the end of the appt. There really isn't anything I could suggest for improvement. In fact, everyone I speak with would like information on the practice (close family/friends) and are keen to register too.

Receptionists are so incredibly rude. Went to simply ask when my dad will be seen as it’s been over 30 mins and one of the ladies yelled at me saying ‘could I not see the doctors came late’ a simple explanation or apology would have sufficed. She was also very quick to say if I’m not happy to take my complaint to her manager. Working in the healthcare profession and there didn’t seem to be a single caring bone in her body. She also spoke in the same manner to another gentlemen who simply asked of the nurse will see him soon as he needs to go to work and had already informed the practice about this and she yelled at him too. It appears lateness is a norm at this practice. If the professionals cannot be on time with good reason then already that speaks volumes! I’m absolutely disgusted, there’s a lot of my family members that go to the practice and speak very little English, I feel so upset just thinking about their experience with this lady and how they cannot say anything back. This needs sorting out!

Been on the phone for 3 hours and I was on the first caller. When they answer they just cut the line. That’s 3 times happened.
