I arrived at the practice and was booked in by a very friendly member of staff. My appointment time was exactly as booked and again I was met with a friendly nurse to take my blood. Quick and effortless. I've had to book quite a few appointments since registering with the doctors. They always get me in quickly and I've never had to wait over the appointment time. Not even once. I'm confident this surgery will always do their best by me and realistically what more could one ask for?

Wonderful treatment from every member including the fabulous reception staff. Always there to help as much as possible.

Very disorganized. We handed over all the documents to register, they were left with a copy. After few days, they asked to come back show our IDs (again), we did. Two weeks later, I tried to book an appointment and they says that they didn't register us because they need the IDs. Did they throw away our documents? I gave up and will register for another one.
