Order repeat but can't tick every item because their "review panel" (who are not competent to withhold consultant dictated drugs) so have to give a note. You then ignore that note and say "you'll just have to wait until Monday morning". Yes I will. In pain. Because you were too lazy and incompetent to read a note. And because you have no backup to rectify Y O U R M I S T A K E S. Awful, awful procedures to deny necessary medication to your patients. Won't be able to work properly while the drugs stabilise. Thanks a bunch.

When ur gp is aware of your anxiety diagnosis that requires medication, requests a medication review with you for in a week. U have a physical medical concern so request an appointment and are told to wait till next week to discuss it. I hope it turns out to be nothing requiring treatment becuase if it does I want a good reason I was left a week after I finally build up the courage to ask for help in the first place.

If you are lucky enough to get an appointment that don't mean you will get your medication very stressful can't get though to anyone my stress level has gone sky rocket

Dear Patient I am sorry you have had difficulty getting an appointment but unfortunately the demand for appointments is currently very high, however we do have a new system in place if you have access to a computer or Smartphone whereby we can send you a link to complete a form which will then be triaged by one of our clinicians and actioned accordingly. If you would like to discuss the matter further regarding appointments or the issue you are having in getting your medication please contact the surgery by email or telephone and ask to speak to the Senior Regional Officer. I've been trying to speak to someone since 8am it's now 8,34am phone is constantly busy I have been phoning continuously no luck

Was actually called up by surgery manager today ask me if I would like to see a doctor What a joke After reseptioint over riding my Prescription for a anougher 3 months She told me this on Monday Why I sent the doctor doing is job

Dear Julie Wilson I am sorry you had had difficulty in seeing a GP, unfortunately the demand for appointments is currently very high but we do offer pre-bookable appointments and on line appointments which the reception team can help you with.
