Rang for phone appointment after severe ongoing asthma problems and doctor was patient and advised of best options and prescription to ease the condition while I await further tests. Very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and explained very well what would happen going forward and put me at ease and left me feeling confident that I’m being looked after properly until a full resolution can be found.

i was mr mr and mrs sing on deepdale then they open issa myself and ad children have been with this practice for years. staff are always on hand to help very polite. the doctor have been great over the years i have tried to name a doctor but it wont let me but she helped me threw alot nothing is every to much trouble for any doctor nurse or receptionist great practice will never change

I was completely out at ease with the clinician saw at my appointment this morning. She took the time to listen to my symptoms in a professional and friendly manner . Thank you 😊 I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

I always get an appointment wen I call at 8am, I really like the lady Dr, she is kind understanding, approachable and very witty, she is a professional and listens

A superb practice. Always able to obtain an appointment the same week. Appointments are always on time. On this occasion I didn't even have chance to sit down before my name was called. I was in the appointment room within 10 seconds of entering the building. The GP was friendly, asked a lot of questions and made a couple of referrals for me to ensure everything was covered.

Today I couldn’t make my appointment, The call queue was high but I had the opportunity to request a call back , when they called back , within 10 mins , they suggested the GP do a telephone consultation instead it really is most conscientious and caring practice ever . I am so lucky to be a patient where the staff are so proficient and practices are in place that enable you to be seen quickly and efficiently and where things are so thorough . Thankyou to each and every one of you

Receptionist rings me for something we get disconnected I ring back and they can’t verify who rang me and why they rang me because they fail to lock it down on the computer. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a prescription never received it for three days when I rung them back, they said they had no knowledge. I rang them for 30 minutes whilst I was in the hospital. I came back out of the hospital and I went to the surgery and I stood outside and I rang the surgery. There was three receptionist sat there listening to the telephone ringing but they did not answer the phone When I went inside and I asked for my medication. They said the surgery is closed half day . why couldn’t they just pick the 400 and say sorry we’re closed. I asked them about my medication and they said they may have missed your prescription that’s what the manager said This Surgery is a laugh. People are complaining. Every person I talk to. They said the receptionist know everything and they do not let you speak very bad attitude. I couldn’t leave my bike outside because the fear of it being stolen. I brought it in the reception, which was empty and they started shouting at me saying someone could be hurt if the bike fell on them. This morning I got a phone call from the Fulwood department saying that we need to make a review of her prescription appointment and then I got transferred to the deep dale clinic
