    Excellent and efficient communication. Extremely helpful and respectful. Very clear in advice and further help. Made me feel understood, relaxed and helped me a great deal in my recovery. The staff member made me feel at ease about my pain and what I am going through. I left feeling reassured and comforted knowing that I have exercises to aid my recovery and a full recovery plan ahead. This staff member is a real asset for the team. I am now looking forward to my physiotherapy sessions ahead.

    Thank you for your lovely comments Mrs N. We have quarterly full practice meetings where we bring up any compliments for the surgery, and any learning events which may have happened which need bringing to our attention. So we appreciate good feedback. Thank you again.

  2. Review titled Nice doctors, terrible first floor reception staff

    If you are looking at this review because you may need to book a doctors appointment, then I strongly suggest you find an alternative surgery. The current receptionists working on the first floor are by far the most unhappy, unhelpful and rudest reception staff I have ever had to deal with. They should take some customer service lessons from the staff at main reception and the nurses reception where you are always treated with dignity and respect. Phone lines frequently have waits of over 30 minutes and yet, nobody is ever on the phone when you turn up in person. Prescriptions frequently go missing too and do not turn up at the correct pharmacy. To be offered an appointment in 22 days time when you have spent 3 days trying to get somebody to answer the phone without success is N O T acceptable when you are stood at their desk visibly in pain. Apparently the fact that a private online appointment by a real doctor (not a receptionist) and a face to face brief consultation with a pharmacist (not a receptionist) both who tell you a doctor needs to physical examine you mean nothing to these first floor receptionist, they know better! 22 days wait, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
