My family have been with Imperial Medical Practice since the early days when it was situated in a Building in Imperial Carpark !! before moving to its current address . The Staff , everyone , are wonderful Happy New year (2024 ) to you all !

We were on holiday in Exmouth, when our 1 year old daughter got sick, we were seen by a Doctor at the imperial Practice, to say we were treated with professionalism and compassion is an understatement. Our daughter was diagnosed and given a prescription, she started to feel much better and we were able to continue our holiday. Everyone we came into contact with at the practice were professional, friendly and efficient. If I lived in Exmouth I would want to be a patient of this practice if I ever needed help. 1st class service

Outstanding surgery. All staff are amazing, kind, professional and caring. Best surgery I have ever been to. Nothing is to much trouble.

Having recently transferred to Imperial Surgery and having lost faith with GP service since Covid I was delighted and reassured with my first experience with Imperial Surgery from initial telephone response, reception staff and GPs telephone consultation.

Always on top of everything you need from a GP surgery. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Always follow up with you as and when needed.

Having not had hardly any need to visit my GP until February 2020, I visited them because of a growth on the back of my left leg which turned out to be a malignant melanoma. From that time until now I cannot speak highly enough of the practice. From the reception staff through to the GP’s everybody that I have come into contact with have all acted with the greatest friendliness and professionalism. Whenever I have completed online consultations I have been contacted within 24-48 hours and feel as if I’ve been given priority treatment, such is the high level of care. I am very lucky to belong to a practice that treats me as a human being & takes time to listen to my issues when needed. Thank you all for being the way that you are

I'm not actually a patient, but work with the public and know many patients of this and other surgeries. I've never heard a bad thing about this practice . I'd never hesitate to recommend them from all the good things I've witnessed and heard about them

Always easy getting appointments and the doctors and staff are so friendly and professional. Doctors always have time to listen and you never feel rushed or a nuisance. Certainly the best surgery in Exmouth.
