    I found this appointment useful because tge physiotherapist was bright, cheerful, well-informed, helpful, with good listening and questioning skills, leaving no stone unturned, and inspiring confidence in me to be a good patient.

    The triage system here works really well, no need to wait in a queue at 8am to try to get an appointment. Each time I’ve used the service I have had a response with a couple of hours.

    Talked to GP very soon after filling on line form. Going on line to contact GP is great use of technology, user friendly and saves loads of time for both patient and GP.

    Urgent Accurx message posted at 8.00am, text response by 8.15am. Phone call at 8.20 am telling me I had an appointment at 9.15am. Consultation and diagnosis very professional, medicine prescribed very quickly and hospital contact made there and then. Airedale rang me within minutes of getting home and started tests the following day. Consultant quickly informing me of results and GP phoning me at home as promised with what next. The whole system working as it should. Thankyou Dr Clarke.

    Yesterday I filled in a AccuRx appointment request form mid morning. Within an hour I received a telephone call from the surgery giving me an appointment with a GP at 2 pm that afternoon which I thought was amazing and I was very grateful. I comnented to the receptionist that I thought the AccuRx system was brilliant and so much easier than having to wait in a telephone queue to speak to someone. Thank you.

    When it seems that the NHS is under constant and all too often negative scrutiny, one only needs to visit Grassington Medical Centre to be greatly reassured. Today I met with the Extended Practice Physio and, as with my previous appointment, the care I received was exceptional. This physio has a razor-sharp diagnostic mind and an ability to extract clarity from less than crystallised patient symptoms descriptions. All swiftly followed up with comprehensive clinical plan formation, applied implementation and, thank goodness, an understandable explanation of the what, why and how. I feel immensely well looked after and thank both the physio and the rest of the Grassington team for everything they continue to do for me.

    I joined the practice in late 2023 having not had the best experience with my previous surgery. I have found using the new online form for triage easy as I can now do this at any point during my working day. I recently needed follow up care and the nurse I saw was lovely and listened to what I had to also say. All of the staff listen to what I need and are caring and very helpful and I can not recommend this surgery enough!
