Always manage to get an appointment when I ring. Reception staff very helpful. Doctors really listen to you. Can't fault this practice. Keep up the good work.

I spend years attend a different GP with symptoms and nothing ever came from it. After attending this GP I was sent forward for further investigations and was given a diagnosis and went on for surgery. This changed by life - thank you

This practice was really good before Covid! But not anymore, total opposite! Tried calling at 8am and when i finally got through, i was 71 on the waiting call! Half way through waiting, i was cut off so in short...i hung on the line for 30mins only to be cut off before even speaking to the receptionist to try and make an appointment! This issue has happened on too many occasions to even remember! This on going issue with this practice really needs to be addressed immediately! Seriously disappointed with this practice!

Thank you for your feedback which we welcome. As with all NHS Services we are very busy and experiencing extremely high demand for appointments at the current time. Our telephone system is set up so that only 10 patients are in the queue and are kept informed of their position in the queue, calls in excess of 10 are asked to keep trying to avoid expensive phone charges for patients. We are actively trying to find solutions to the issue of ringing at 8am to book an appointment with a GP. We would recommend that patients register for access to our online services where appointments and other services like repeat prescriptions can be requested at a time that suits them. Please contact the surgery directly if you would like more information or want to discuss the matter further.

Every time l contact Hyde Park Surgery, the staff and Doctors treat me wonderfully. I lost my husband 4 months ago and they so care for me. Wonderful people

Despite the current demand, I was able to book two appointments in the space of 24 hours (due to cancellations). The staff were very friendly and helpful, thanks!
