Best blood test ever done....My confidence returned. Not an easy feat normally, as veins are totally illusive, but this nurse was brilliant on first go. No trace /bruising after. Lovely nurse, very professional, unlike a polar opposite some time ago :-(

Staff are always so kind, considerate, reassuring and efficient. The doctor was informative and helpful. Great sense of humour! I felt better even before I got the prescription!

Eventually after getting through the gate keepers , some to a docter who said they would refer me for a community scan , never heard anything . Tried calling but the waits are so long to get through i have to give up , run out of credit or had to go back to work . Shoddy service . Using covid still As an excuse not to give a good service

I think the reception staff at this surgery are fantastic. I had to call after the bank holiday weekend and I could tell from how long the wait was that they would have been answering the phone non stop that day. However, when I spoke to them in the afternoon, they were kind, compassionate and professional. This is much appreciated. I think this GP surgery is very good. I always feel like I matter to them. The reception staff and GPs alike come across as good people who care about their role providing a good service.

I want a face to face appt with my own gp , after a prolonged wait to get through , I do not want to discuss my illness with receptionist and then be called by a docter I do not know I have never met . I want a face to face apt a proper discussion not a rushed phone call . I actually as soon poorly and will have no choice but to use a and e because if the neglect from this surgery

Highly efficient; clinically excellent; very responsive despite covid and all that it has created for NHS staff. Reception staff helpful. When they say the GP will call he always does so, on the day. Phone advice usually very helpful. If it requires medication it is prescribed there and then & ready for me to pick up from branch surgery pharmacy. If not, GP always happy to see me in person. This is a stunningly excellent service.

I can not praise the care and attention provided by the surgery enough. Extremely polite and efficient reception staff, kind and caring nursing staff and empathetic highly responsive Doctors. This surgery is not only a well run operation where everyone really cares for patients, it also takes a real common sense and flexible approach in the way it manages seeing patients. Examples include very quick responses via e-mail and providing the opportunity to see another doctor other than the one you are registered with at short notice in emergency situations. We consider ourselves exceptionally lucky to be registered here. An absolutely amazing team of hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals.
