Filled in e consult 3 April no answer still on 5 th so rang them next telephone appointment was 11 th April absolutely shocking

I cannot fault any of the clinical staff . They have been a great help to us. . However, it was not possible for me to book appointments or to obtain records via the NHS app. I called by telephone and was told to book and appointment at 8am on the day before surgery starts. In other words it was virtually impossible for me to book an appointment in advance

I have been registered with this practice since 2009, my parents before me. I have always had a very good experience being treated by the Doctors at this practice.

I had a GP appointment and when I arrived for this I was greeted and dealt with by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist. My appointment was on time. The GP I saw was not only very professional but also very friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed, valued and had a good experience.

Rang up on morning receptionist said doctor will ring you back shortly. Waited all day rang back at 5 to find out I wasn’t on the list to ring at all. They only get 3 star appointments per day so couldn’t have one of them ended up having to ring 111 myself to get one . Just at that they rang back to say someone at star had cancelled . Star sending him to hospital now so obvs was serious

I am not able to book an appointment in advance. I have to phone on the morning and see if there are any appointments but the line is inevitable engaged with people trying to get through This is very poor service and may endanger lives
