   Fed up of waiting on phone - 45 minutes Being told to ring back at - can't speak to a doctor Ring back at 12 - another 20 minutes Too late to have a telephone call from doctor - maybe if I didn't have to wait 20 minutes I would have So upset and distressed Call yourselves a doctors surgery I call you a disgrace

2. Review titled Reception deliberately not answering phone!!!!!

   My mother was told to arrange a blood test, she waited until we arrived and we tried calling. After 25 mins being told I was number 1 in the queue I decided to walk to the doctors! The receptionist sat there with no one in the surgery and tried to say there wAs a problem with the phones! I could see the phone was waiting to be answered and flashing as my wife was still calling! Disgraceful and needs sorting asap
