This practice is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. After a consultation,the doctor failed to issue the prescription that she said she would.On querying this the receptionist was completely unhelpful and dismissive of my situation, offering no help whatsoever. I will certainly be looking for an alternative practice.

I've been trying to get a phone consultation since 8 yesterday I was told to ring at 8 today as wasn't any yesterday so I started ringing at 8 finally got through by 9 to be tould nothing,I explained that the doctor asked me to call anytime regarding the health issue,the receptionist was abrupt and said no phone consultation today ring in the morning but was abrupt
