Called practice as prescription wasn't at pharmacy due nurse not putting it through. Got greeted with an attitude by reception, despite the fact that it was the surgery's fault that the prescription had not been completed and that I had to call to chase this up. Got told that it was because I needed an appointment with the nurse to have it prescribed ! Which I was trying to tell her that I had already been ! If these people who work as receptionist don't like patients or talking to people they shouldn't be doing that job. Some people are dealing with some terrible illnesses and problems and they don't need attitude and nasty unapproachable behaviour from a receptionist Call 08:55 on 01782 948990.

After a bad experience with a previous practice I was reluctant to return to any surgery but the people I've encountered in my visits at Hulton House surgery are incredibly friendly, caring and competent. The reception staff are helpful and kind. Brilliant all round
