In the beginning ask my GP felt like pushing to another system due to delays etc. after using the system it feels easier every time as response is quick and Dr's deal with problem quicker.

I recently registered at this GP clinic as it was recommended by a friend. I am extremely satisfied with the service, the doctor I consulted was excellent, attentive to my concerns, and provided me with valuable advice. The clinic offers an efficient online communication service. Many thanks to the medical and administrative staff for their support.

Iv Allways had a brilliant experience with my surgery my gp is brilliant he is so experienced and the system they use in the surgery in amazing whenever I have a issue I go on the app and message and I Allways get a response on the same day sometimes within the hour recently I had went to the gp with my child nose bleed as he was getting a lot of them he called me had a chat prescribed a ointment for the nose and afforestation two days of using it he had no more nosebleeds . Iv had to go to him recently for myself he was brilliant the surgery called me spoke to me , saw me and even referred me within days . People normally say their surgeries don’t get back to them they can’t get appointments but it’s totally opposite experience for me I’m so grateful I have a practice as brilliant as this looking after me Ecspecialy when everyone is on point and know what they are doing . I feel very safe with my practice Cant think of even one fault with the practice or staff .

The staff and doctors are very helpful in addressing my queries and very responsive when it comes to urgent matters. They will also guide you on what you need to accomplish for them to be able to give you the best care needed.

Yesterday l wrote in my "ask my gp" app two requests and l had a reply almost straight away. The Lady in question was (Joyphilia), She was extremely kind and efficient wich now days it is something that lacks in many places. I was pleased to be attended this way and made me very satisfied to belong to this practice and would recommended very much . All doctors are Human wich is also lacking in many other places . One feels taken care of !

Entire team and the key Doctor of Hounslow family practice has been very efficient in dealing with my request and health issues at every stage. Their online Ask my GP service is quite effective reliable and fast to pick up my health concern and revert back to me within few hours with all the necessary consultation, medical advice, prescription......all from exactly my chosen doctor itself. Medical care and advice were offered to me effectively with different options after listening to every detail of my health issue and being considerate to ensure the treatments were aligned to suite my complex life style and different work pattern.

Since 2018 I have been registered with Hounslow Family Practice, they have always treated me very well and solved all my medical problems, whenever I have needed something they have provided it to me without problems, efficiently and quickly. Every time I put a request in Ask my GP, the doctor responds to me very quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the doctors and the reception staff. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a blood test done and was immediately asked to contact gp after which I was referred to the hospital for further tests. I was asked to let them know if hospital doesn’t give me appointment within 3 days. I was very fortunate I got the appointment really quickly at hospital. All the team specially the doctors at the practice are very reliable professional and get things done really quickly. I suffer from asthma and thyroid and acidity problems. I have always been emailed or called in order to make an appointment so that things can be checked out regularly. All is really excellent at surgery and they are all well trained and well polite. I am fortunate that I am registered with a very good surgery and the entire team are pnenomenal
