   I’ve called and been to this practice multiple times. Every time I feel the reception staff cannot be bothered and it feels like they are doing you a huge favour by giving you an appointment. When at the practice they do not seem to listen to you and go through what feels like the same script every time even if the response you get doesn’t answer the question asked. Probably one of the worst customer facing teams I’ve come across. They need a lot of training on how to interact with the public.

   Dear Patient It is with great disappointment that I read your review today. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you and have attached my direct email address for your use. Unfortunately when a review is left anonymously , it prevents us from identifying exactly where the problem is. All our patient facing staff are highly trained in Customer Service so to read that we are probably the worst you have come across is disturbing.
