I had a telephone review, she spent a lot of time going through things with me ,and listen to what I had to say, she explained a lot of things to me as well, I was very satisfied, such a lovely lady, can't remember her name

Booked phone appointment for results of tests for bowel cancer at 8:40. Text message said will call between 7:40-9:40 if possible but didn’t call until 12:10 phone rang for 1 second not even enough time to pick up before they hung up. Called back but general number so got through to reception who said they’ll ask the doctor to call me back or if the doctor doesn’t call me back they will. Neither of which happened. Now I am still none the wiser regarding the results of my tests and they’re texting me asking me to leave a review of my experience.

We understand how important it is to receive timely updates, especially when awaiting test results, and we sincerely apologise for the distress and frustration this situation has caused. We’ve reviewed the records and can confirm that the GP attempted to call you at 12:09, but the call went straight to voicemail. You then contacted the surgery at 13:47, and the receptionist messaged the GP to request a call back. Unfortunately, the GP was unable to respond, and without an update, the receptionist was not in a position to call you back. We acknowledge this has left you without the information you need, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will ask a member of our reception team to contact you today to get you rebooked at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — we are working to ensure that this does not happen again. Horizon Healthcare

Lovely practice covering everything receptionists/drs/ cleaners etc.I’ve never had a problem very helpful .and very clean to sit and wait in .helpful in all region of your health very happy to be on this practice of Drs. Thank you for helping with my diabetes today and hopefully get an improvement with my diet too

I have had some uncertain and complicated means of Communication of which my condition made it very confusing but with the changes made and possibly my recovery improvement everything is in good order with the staff very obliging.

I joined the practice in the early 90’s at Tuffnel gardens I have always been pleased with my treatment and diagnosis As time moves on and protocols change I sometimes wonder at what is classed as an improvement I was doubtful immediately post covid when a face to face with a GP seemed impossible But thanks to the practice’s online capabilities and follow up phone support I am back in my comfort zone Keep up the good work Thanks Paul Blackburn

My appointment was on time. The nurse practitioner that saw me was lovely and friendly, but also very professional. She explained everything well and gave advice when I asked for it. 👍🏻

Very easy to book this appointment,was given a choice of appointments to suit me and the time. Doctor rang me on time was a very good appointment explaining every thing I needed to know and about future appointments.Sent me a follow e-mail. With documents so I could print them off. Very professional gives you confidence in the practice. 10 out of 10.thank you.to the team.
