   Utter dissatisfaction with the service I received while attempting to register. Despite conducting thorough research on the registration process, arriving promptly, and confirming the necessary documents and closing time via a prior phone call, my experience was far from satisfactory. Regrettably, I felt extremely unwelcome upon arrival and was informed that I could not complete the registration documents within the practice premises. This restriction surprised me, as I had diligently prepared and expected to provide all required information and evidence during my visit. Moreover I got told incorrect information over the phone about what documentation would suffice as evidence. The documentation that I was told to be correct over the phone was rejected in person! It was efficient of me to bring all the evidence I could think of in my preparation, and fortunately my time wasn't wasted further, as I had all possible required documentation, and evidence could be validated. There is no valid reason for denying me the opportunity to fill out the registration documents on-site under the guise of 'We don't let people fill it out here". Having done my research, the registration process only requires that all information on the documentation is provided and that all proofs are shown and validated, which I had, and I arrived well before closing time. I am hopeful that steps will be taken to address the inefficiencies promptly and ensure a more welcoming and efficient registration experience for others in the future.
