Changed my GP here after being with a different practice. I had been on the receiving end of what I like to call statistical and policy drs but today I had an excellent experience with the Dr for my first appointment, I felt like the GP listened, was patient focused as opposed to statistics and genuinely made me feel like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. After years of poor treatment for a chronic condition I can now focus on my upcoming surgery without concern over medication problems. Filled an e-consult in this morning and received a phone call from a member of the team who had a very polite manner and booked me in an appointment at lunchtime. I can also say the moment I come into to practice to register, I was made to feel very welcome by the team. Amazing all round. Thank you!

I called, as advised on this page, to enquire regarding how to join the practice and if I can do it via phone or email the form over. They said no and hung up. No space for me to ask questions or get any other opportunity to speak. I felt upset after this call.

Dear patient, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your experience as a practice we always welcome new patients to our surgery. Registration forms are online and can be downloaded and emailed to our practice (as per our website), or we do have printed copies at both of our sites in which you can collect, complete, and return to us. Your feedback will be used as training with our reception team.
